Peace, joy and all good things through Christ who blesses us!
We'll soon celebrate a Thanksgiving like no other, but some things will never change. For that I am most grateful. As we rejoice and give thanks, please know how deeply I care for you, and how much it means to me to be a part of this wonderful worldwide Franciscan family.
I'd like to share a song with you - Thank God for this Thanksgiving Day - a song that really touched my heart. It's beautiful to watch, and the lyrics show up in such a unique way... I think you'll enjoy it.
As we watch together, as the food being prepared, and the table being set - we can just imagine sitting down together at this table -- wouldn't it be great to all be together? I trust that the day is coming when we will be able to gather safely with those we love -- and someday, with God's grace, we'll ALL be at the same table. What a Thanksgiving feast that will be!
