My local fraternity, St. Joseph Cupertino in Bessemer, Alabama, adapted the examination of conscience based on the Rule to create a Lenten penitential service. We used it at a Zoom meeting and it was regarded by all the members as extremely valuable, providing a much more in-depth examen than usual.
